The Dutch TV show ‘MAX Vakantieman’ deals with issues faced by travellers. In the episode op June 30^th 2025 attention was paid to the fees airlines charge for seat reservations and baggage carry-ons.

Rogier Lieshout explains why more and more airlines are charging additional fees for seat reservations and baggage, how much money is involved, and what it would mean if such services would again be included in the standard price of a ticket.
